Silliman College is a residential college Yale University. Opened in September 1940 as the last of the ten original residential colleges, including buildings that were built 1901. This is the largest university in terms of area, which is in a complete block in New Haven, Connecticut, surrounded by the College, Wall, Grove and Temple Street.
Most Indiana Limestone College is composed of the Vanderbilt-Sheffield rooms and Byers Hall, originally part of the Sheffield Scientific School. The portion of Van Sheff Silliman was built between 1903 and 1906 by architect Charles C. Haight in the Collegiate Gothic style. Byers Hall was Built in 1903 and was designed by Hiss & Weekes, architects of the Renaissance style change French.

Silliman College Shield & Animals
Silliman College shield has a white three red curved lines that leave the bottom of the screen (on behalf of the tail of the salamander), and a green bar crossing with three acorns. Other activities and traditions
Each fall, Silliman hosts of 80 party theme throughout the Yale called the Dance of security, the biggest dance at Yale University. For its own students, has an Olympic Silliman freshman year when students of different inputs compete in teams to clean up "Broom Sweep Richfest (named in honor of Rich Marshall, a member of class Silliman 1996), a fun day with a tank of water, cotton sugar, and a moon bounce, published at the end of classes in the spring.
