reebok men s question mid

Running shoe question?

Would the “Reebok Men’s Trail Wave Wide” shoe be good for running on concrete? Does it offer as much cushioning in the heals as other running shoes? I notice the description only mentions mid-sole cushion, but the first part of impact when I job is the heel.
“jog” not “job”, lol
thnx for the info … I don’t get heel pain, but knee pains sometimes when I run on concrete

Ok well I dont see a problem in wearing trail shoes on the concrete but you need to understand that trail running shoes generally have a lot less cushioning than regular running shoes. This is because trail shoes are meant to be used on the trail which is much more forgiving than the road, so the trail shoes can give up some cushioning for more rigidity.
