I’ve already tried Target and J. Crew. I would really like to get some plain navy boots that aren’t super heavy but I can’t find some anywhere. I’d prefer an actual store suggestion, as picking shoe sizes online can be tricky. I really need some rainboots for college so any help is appreciated!
