Am a resident of New York goes to a SUNY school and the summary of my balance, I see that I paid for "non-residents Undergraduate tuition for $ 6,435.00, the total costs totaling $ 13,546.50. I was at collegeboard.com and searched until my university and I see that "in the tuition and fees" total $ 6,761 where "tuition and fees of state" 14 661 $ Total. Tuition and fees in question, I would say that "resident" means "incapable" – do I have this right? Non-residents means that you are not a legal resident and are charge tuition fees of the state.
