Are UGGs so special that they are worth the extra price?
they absolutely are worth the more expensive price. i have a pair of EMUs and they’re worn down, have no traction on the bottom, and stink to high heavens. Seriously, the bottom of the sole is all like chewed up and stuff just from regular wear. When it rained one day and i wore them, i felt like i was going to fall over all day. i had to hold my friend’s arm. and they smell absolutely disgusting! and my feet NEVER get stinky.
i have 2 pairs of uggs. I’ve had my short chestnut ones for a year now and have worn them wayyy more than i’ve ever worn my emus. not only are the soles completely in tact, the traction is great and they literally smell like they did when i bought them. they haven’t stretched out, they’re sooooooo warm! and they look great. I just bought my second pair yesterday and am soooo excited to wear them. trust me, the price is worth it!!! if i can write this much just about a pair of boots, they’re worth it. compare one pair of REALLY good quality boots that will last you at least 3 years for about $150 to like 10 pairs of cheap crap $10 boots you would get at walmart within a 3 year span. that equals $120. seriously, the extra $30 is worth it. because not only do they look better and last longer, they’re sooo much more comfortable. and the sheepskin feels amazing on your feet
